How do I pay for my order?

Once you have filled in all your details on the checkout page, you will be referred to the payment page. We accept several payment methods including iDEAL.

Is it safe to order online?

We take your online safety very seriously. Personal and payment information is secure and no data is sent without encryption. Securing your information is our top priority. All orders are sent over a secure Internet connection via Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption and other measures.

When will the payment be charged?

If your card is authorized, the payment will be charged directly to you and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful. Only paid orders are taken into consideration. We do not charge (afterwards) for failed payment transactions.


When will my order be shipped?

Orders until 4 p.m. are shipped on same-day business. Usually you have the order in-house the next day. After your order is shipped, you'll receive an email tracking number that allows you to track your package right up to your front door.

What are the shipping costs?

Your order will always be shipped with a tracking number. Orders over €75 are shipped free of charge. For all other orders, €3.95 is calculated for shipping. The shipping costs for returns are at your own expense.

What is the delivery time of my order?
We ship our packages with PostNL. If you are not at home to receive the package, the carrier will leave a note with information about how and where to pick up the package. It may also be that PostNL will try to deliver your package twice more. Please note that we will not be able to change a delivery address once the order has been shipped. In addition, we won't send your package again if you haven't been able to receive it.


How do I return items?

If you wish to return your online purchase for any reason, you can return unused items within 14 days of receipt. Send your item to the return address below. In order to process your return as soon as possible and return your purchase amount, we ask you to add your packing slip in the door, Or if it is missing, to include the order number at the return address. To make use of your right to decomposing, you must let us know by email within 14 days that you wish to use your right to terminate the agreement. You must return the item within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return the items by post or courier. The return costs are at your own expense. We are not responsible for products that are damaged or lost when returning. We recommend that you use a courier service that insures you for the value of the items you return, or give you proof of shipping. Make sure the items you want to return are well packed and send them to the following address:

When will I receive my refund?
After we have received the items back, we will refund you the amount paid for the item in question (including any shipping costs) within 14 days.

We will refund you with the same means of payment as you purchased the item..

Have you received my returned items?
As soon as we receive your returned items, we'll send you an email. It may take us a while to process your return. The refund will be made no later than 14 business days after we receive the item back.

Is a product still in stock?

All products in the shop are in stock and ready for shipping. If a color or size is not listed on the product information page, the item is no longer in stock and you can no longer order it.
